This hotel is incredibly convenient, located very close to the town center and just a short walk from Niigata station. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with basic amenities. The breakfast options are delicious and worth trying.

Despite some concerns mentioned in other reviews, our recent stay at Hotel Sunroute was fantastic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping us secure a taxi for our early morning trip to Sado Island. The location was perfect for Easter weekend in Niigata. We were able to easily walk to the city center and all the festivities. the staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to nearby attractions. The room was also very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay.

The only downside was the size of the bathroom. It was a bit small and cramped, which can be challenging for some guests.

The language barrier was evident with the front desk and they were not very helpful with questions. the pricing structure for double occupancy rooms was not very clear and seemed higher than other hotels in the area with similar amenities.

Additionally, it is not far from Niigata station, so getting around is easy. The staff were also very friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided in the room were sufficient, and the breakfast selection was extensive and satisfying.
